SongBridging with

Rick Noland, Visiting Musician

smallerRickVig

Let Rick Noland, professional guitarist and singer,

brighten your day with his presence

and his play-to-order music in a variety of styles.

Rick Noland’s Specialties:

  • Connecting verbally and musically with individuals and groups of all ages, but especially those in senior residences and programs, assisted living, rehab and recovery units—and in private homes by appointments with family members.

  • Adapting music—with special sensitivity—to listeners’/clients’ moods, situations, levels of recovery, and life stories. Rick is constantly adding to his repertoire of over 300 carefully chosen songs—from a sampling of mid-twentieth-century ballads to classic folksongs to the Beatles and beyond. His focus is on songs of the ‘60s through ‘80s, that golden age of popular music. He is known for his proficiency on the guitar, which partners with his voice in a variety of musical styles.

  • Presenting informal concerts and involving audiences in any venue where people gather to hear their favorite songs performed professionally—and with heart—(sometimes with his sister, Mimi Noland, adding her humor and sailing harmonies).
